At balancED, I believe every child deserves to feel understood, valued and that they belong.
With over 16 years’ experience across education, SENDCO and specialist teaching, I bring together expertise in SEND, psychology, SEND law, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed practice, developmental play and Froebelian principles to help schools and professionals make meaningful change.
My approach is rooted in relationships, curiosity and equity. I look beyond what we see to understand what sits beneath it, working collaboratively to create environments where children can thrive rather than simply trying to make children fit the system.
